Charity Shop

The Salvation Army also runs a Charity Shop known as "Thrift Store" in Penang, Jalan Perak.

Excess second-hand goods donated to The Salvation Army are sold here from affordable clothes and household items to members of the public.

The Store can arrange to collect large donated items such as furniture or electrical items. If it's too good to throw away... give it to The Salvation Army!

The funds generated are channelled back into The Salvation Army works in Penang and related states that we have presence.

Our shop are supervised and managed professionally by our Officer. All accounting are audited and centrally control to ensure the safe protection of the fund to be channelled and use for social welfare programmes.

How you can help ?
